My grandparents were in the process of remodling their bathroom. They purchased shower doors, a vanity , a toilet bowl and a sink which showed up damaged. My 75 yr old Grandmother didnt notice the cracks until the folling morning when the contractor showed her before installing. She called that day to have a replacement sink sent to her and was told she would be charged a restocking fee. Not only that but hylan plumbing refused to pick up the sink. Are you kidding me? How do they expect an 75 yr old woman to lug a heavy sink back to them. My grandmother stopped payment for only the damaged sink until they were willing to rectify the problem. Instead they are suing my grandparents for the cost of the damaged sink they sent out. Their website claims - "Hylan Plumbing Supply, Inc. is a name synonymous with professionalism, quality and superb customer service" - I beg to differ. A good company stand by their name and their products. This is more like a fly by night operation they run. They have empty promises and warranties. With so many other places to go. I would recommend a more trustworthy ,reliable, plumbing supply store that actually cares about their customers.
