this bus company ruined a greatly planned trip! the bus company was unreliable, innefficient and dissappointing. more than 60 plus ppl waiting 4 bus 2 arrive at 6:30am 4 paintball trip 2 skirmish and bus never shows. marissa, the unreliable woman handling the phones was also misleading with call backs... after hours of waiting 4 NO buses, we went back 2 our cars and carpooled it, chipped in 4 gas, got lost and missed out on a really good time.... WORSE BUS COMPANY EVERRRRR!!!!



I DO NOT WANT TO RATE THIS BUS COMPANY BUT APPARENTLY THERES ALSO A GLITCH WITH THE RATING SYSTEM WHERE IF YOU LEAVE A REVIEW HERE, YOU MUST RATE THE COMPANY AND THE STARS DONT DO HALFES NOR DO NEGATIVES FOR DISLIKES.... SOOOOO MY TRUE RATING IS A FIRE RED ANGRY FACE!!! NOT A STAR...

I had the worst experience with this company. Marissa was handling my account and they were very nice intially. She promised this big beautiful bus and was very strong in telling me that I couldn't see the bus but insisted on sending me pictures. On the day of the trip the bus was old and rusted on the outside. It didn't have the logo of the company and it looked like the buses they used in the 1980's. When we got on the bus it was dingy with old seats and it smelled like cigarettes. It was clean but the bus was nothing like we were promised in the pictures. Also the bus driver had no idea where he was going. He kept checking the gps and never new any of the good routes. If the company wants to be better then I would be a honest and up front company. Cover all your bases and make sure that you aren't liable in ANY WAY for the dissatisfaction of the customer. How you accomplish that has to be determined by them but if you ask me they were very unprofessional and i would never use their services again.

My trip to Quincy,MA for a wedding was a real pleasure due to the overall service and our driver, Phil. He was a real pro and the best in all ways. We were 20 passengers including eight children who were all thrilled when they saw the party bus.

If any future needs for bus transportation are needed I would only consider Hollywood Bus & Limo of Staten Island New York
