I Own rental properties and i have been using Joseph again and again and he is so neat and get's the job done and his prices are very fair. He is super honest and a bit OCD.. which is not bad. i highly recommend him.

Excellent efficient service. Mr. Joe Arancio had a pleasant personality which prompts me to call him back for future pest control tasks.

This guy Is a honest as the day is long. You can't go wrong using his services. He is prompt, professional, and reasonably priced.

Joe is one of the best in the business. We had a few roaches when we moved into our apartment, tried a few exterminators but the problem persisted. we have not faced any roach issues since Joe started coming in and it has now been almost a year. thanks to him, we don't have any roaches anymore. He is also very friendly and gives good advice. I would highly recommend his service.

Had a big roach problem in our kitchen and our other exterminator never seemed to fix it. Then, after the first time Joe came, we never saw another roach again! I highly recommend him.

Before I opened the doors to my business Joe came and made sure we had no pest problems. Extreme has been making sure I have no pest problems for the past two years. Joe does great work, I highly recommend him.

Joe is very reliable - You can text or call him at any time and he'll get back to you right away! He was in my house within a few hours after speaking to him to take care of my rat problem.

He was prompt and was still very friendly and courteous, in spite of the fact that he had to wait a half hour for me to get home.

He did a very thorough examination of my whole house to see where the source of the rats could be.

We caught a rat in one of the traps and no one in my family wanted to touch it so I called him and he came right away to remove the rat and reset the trap.

He always has a smile on his face and is very pleasant.

I had some yellow jackets making a nest inside my walls. Joe the owner came by the within the hour to take care of the job. He even stopped by a few days later to make sure the job was done. Highly recommend him.

I had a large wasp nest outside by the apple tree about 10ft high up the tree. Joe was able to bring down the nest. He was very professional and helpful. I highly recommend him.

Joe came on time and was able to eradicate my bee hive. He even called the following day to ask if they were all gone! They were. Great service at a reasonable price.

A few months ago our apartment became victim to a cockroach infestation. I contacted the landlord, who sent over Extreme Pest Management to appraise and care for the situation. Joe came in, analyzed our problem, and set to work. He eradicated the pests after a few visits (there were too many for just a one time treatment). Doing more than just ridding us of these pests, Joe helped us try to pinpoint why we had these pests in the first place, as to ensure this never happens again. He also calmed our fears. When dealing with any infestation, the process is nerve wracking. I was desperate and out of sorts. No matter how much I cleaned or how careful I was, there seemed to be more and more each day. Not only did Extreme Pest Management rid us of our problem, they did it thoroughly, with a bedside manner which would calm even the most frustrated and frazzled nerves... Seriously, if you run into a problem similar to mine give these guys a try. You won't be disappointed... They are FANTASTIC!

The owner Joe is professional and honest, he removed an underground bee hive from my property and did a follow up visit to ensure they were gone. I highly recommend his company. He knows how to treat his customers.

I had a very bad cockroach problem,I thought I was going to have to move. Then Joe the exterminator came to my house and fixed the problem.He did such a good job I won't have to move after all. I would recommend this company to everyone.I haven't had a problem since. I will never use anyone else ever again.

I called with a severe ant problem. The exterminator came quickly and thoroughly checked in and around my house for the source of the infestation. He found quite a few points of entry and treated all of them heavily, explaining to me the whole time exactly what he was doing and what to look for as the problem diminished. Personable, friendly, and fair pricing, I would definitely recommend this service to anyone with any kind of infestation.

Amazing service very high sttention to even the smallest areas of the house. Mu wife and i have a 2 year old at home so cleanliness is the most important thing. Eps takes care of any pest problems before they become problems since we live in a large apt building. The only exterminator you will ever need.
