Awful



This was not what I was expecting. The owner was rude and nasty and not willing to adjust her ridiculous pricing. I went in for a gel manicure and a pedicure - NOT TIPS and nothing fancy. I did however have a simple design with 3 lines on 2 fingers and they charged me $90.00. When I questioned the owner and told her that was ridiculous I always pay about $50.00 she said well you have detailed design - I said it is 3 lines not complicated. Well I usually charge a little more - I gave you a $5.00 break. Are you serious?? After I told her what I usually pay and my thoughts on how expensive and overly priced they were - she said nothing and just walked away. How Rude - you own a business and don't even know how to treat a customer. Sad and pitiful. Even people inside the nail salon waiting - looked at me and said that is ridiculous. They had people waiting in there for hours, meanwhile the owner herself was not assisting any clients. The girl who did my nails didn't speak much English, but she did try to do a good job on my nails and was very nice. She apologized to me for the owners behavior - not the owner.

I do not mind paying a premium for nails that last. I had my nails done last Sunday (1week) a gel manicure. It cost 36$ when you can get one in manhattan for 25. My whole manicure is chipping the color is transparent. I will never go back or recommend this place to anyone.
