TRUE INTEGRITY is the best way to describe how this company conducts business.
I hired Chico’s Clean Up to assist in the demolition portion of our home reno. The owner visited my home, provided a formal estimate, negotiated a very fair price and was off to the races.
The crew arrived early on the first day, and every day to follow. Not once did I witness any of the crew messing around or playing on their cellphones. They literally walked in my home, dropped their bags and started working. I was completely amazed at the energy and focus they maintained from the time they arrived throughout the day. I had coffee and cake for them A.M. daily, but had to fight them to stop and eat something before working. This review is long, but for good reason. Half way through the demo, we found out that the hardwood we needed to remove was glued, Total nightmare! Any other contractor would have walked off the job after realizing what needed to be done. I didn't think they would return, despite what they said, but, there they were at our home the following day, bright and early. This team stuck by my side like family.
The owner NEVER asked me for more 💵 or tried to take advantage of the bad position I was in. YES, I definitely increased his fee, but it was my call and was WELL DESERVED! The owner actually planned on remaining true to his word despite being just about upside down from a cost to profitability standpoint.
The Chico’s team maintains a strong mutual respect for one another that is now doubt attributed to owners’ strong values. He doesn’t sit down barking orders at his crew. He works just as hard, right along side them, 1st in the fire type guy. Chico’s was pivotal in the renovation of our new home and words cannot express how forever grateful we’ll be. Chico actually touches base with me regularly to see how my family is doing. He has become someone I’m blessed to call friend. If you need the type of services they offer, you wont find a better team!

Called for an estimate and Chico was very helpful, gave me a really good price. He and his crew did the job flawlessly. I was really happy with the work that was done. I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again.
