I had only great experience at thus bakery. I used to go frequently when I worked near by. Anything I purchased was delicious and the girls are always nice.

I purchased a piece of crumb cake from them and when I got it home and sliced a piece the cake was stale. I brought it back to the store and was told to read a sign they have posted saying "NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS". I was told that I have to come back the next day and speak to the manager. No one in the store at that time could do anything for me. The sign lead me to believe that they are selling stale merchandise and having a problem with their products. This is one bakery I will not be buying from, and would like to make everyone aware of the problem I had with them. I did not go back to the bakery to speak to the manager. My time is more important to me then to speak to a manger about a piece of crumb cake.

high prices and rude service. i was not too impressed the last time i purchased a few cheese cakes and butter cookie. the 2 ladys taking the orders were arguing and too busy to help. Once they did help she was rude and i was not overly happy i spent my money there.
