Dawn says she does the scheduling, but she can't give a commitment untill her guy calls her. I have been waiting for 3 days for an answer and she just wants me to send over the work order. I can't do that unless I'm sure we are on the schedule. We called asking for Nick because we were not getting anywhere with her. She was no help at all, she refused to let us speak to Nick. How do you schedule calls if you can't schedule calls, if you know what I mean.
