Contacted a month ago. Said oh next week, never showed, oh I should have time next week, guess what didn't show. Continued like this for another 2 weeks. Then he says he will be here today between 9 and 10, yep didn't show. Didn't have decency to call. We had to contact him just to hear more excuses. So thank goodness we had someone on stand-by to do our spouting. This was a cash in hand after job done with my husband even offering his help.
