State College Medical provides outpatient medication-assisted treatment for opioid use disorders, including methadone and buprenorphine (Suboxone) options. Individual and group counseling is offered by a professional clinical team. The combination of pharmacotherapy and counseling allows for excellent outcomes for patients. Treatment plans for men and women with opiate addiction include individual, family, and group counseling coupled with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), family dynamics, grief/loss therapy, nutritional counseling, and life skills training. Members of the military and pregnant women are welcome. Medicaid, Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and private insurance benefits are accepted.
