Called the shop and was on hold while they waited on customers in the store which was OK. I went to the store and waited 10 min while counter help answered 3 customers on the phone. Finally helped and was able to set an appointment for pickup of my lawnmower at my home some time on Saturday, gave them good directions and two phone numbers. Waited all day for them but Ace was a no-show, not even the courtesy of a phone call telling me not to wait. I hope they have all the business they need because they won't be getting mine.
