After working his way through law school and passing the California State Bar, he started his credit collection law practice with his former employer as his first client. With more than 40 years' experience and over 6,000 legal collection cases in his personal history, Scott has position himself as one of California's premier collection attorneys representing large creditors, collection agencies and debt buyers alike. Scott was a founding member of the Debt Buyers Association.
