I placed my order over 3 weeks ago and have yet to receive it. That's not so bad for me, I'm patient. The thing that really irked me is their customer service. Once you place the order you do not receive an email of any kind. They do not update you about the progress of your order, or when it'll be shipped. You cannot get a hold of ANYONE by calling them! No kidding, I called every hour for two days straight, left messages, and still had no one contact me. I tried emailing them, but their website would not submit my email. Basically, you're flying blind once you place the order. Because of the lack of communication, I'm scared this may be a scam!
