My 30 yr old toilet valves started to leak a lot and needed immediate repair. The plumbers in my area where not available Easter weekend. I called Rotor-Rooter. It was snowing when tech# 2176 came on time.Marlon Torres was cheerful, professional, worked very clean, my valves needed to be soldered. He did a thorough job, made sure all was working properly. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter and Marlon.

Mike was very professional and unclogged our sink on Good Friday! Phew. He saved our Easter brunch. Mike #904 is terrific.

We had a clogged sink that we were unable to unclog. We called Roto Rooter expecting to be charged an after hours rate and were pleasantly surprised that they don't charge extra based on time of day. Then we were told that someone would be contacting us within two hours. We received a call within 30 minutes and Luis arrived as promised. He quickly rectified our problem all in one trip at the estimated price and we are back to normal. Great professional, fast service!

My house recently had a clog in the main drainage pipe which led to sewage contaminated water flooding my basement and kitchen. Needless to say this put my family in an awful situation. Thankfully Jesse Rohleder, the owner of Cypress Builders, recommended Roto-Rooter and I couldn't have made a better choice. Fernando was the lead for Roto and did a great job getting the blockage fixed, communicating with the insurance company, and remediating the damage. With an unexpected sewer problem, I has Orlando#689 come out to snake and camera the cleanout that was clogged. He did any excellent job, arrived on time and was very kind. Explained what was wrong so I could understand. Though I will need work on a sewer pipe eventually, I am now able to use the toilet/bath etc..for now. He set me up that same day for somebody to come out and look at the other issue. I will definitely ask for him if the need arises and I highly recommend him. Rotorooter is lucky to have him. I tried to enter another review on the other person who came but was unable to.
So, next came Bob(Loz) with another tech. They arrived about 40minutes after being called by Orlando. Again, both were extremely well-mannered, very knowledgeable and found my problem quickly. Explained what I needed to do. I found them both to be honest and not trying to take advantage of my problem. I will definitely call and request him if I need the sewer pipe replaced and dug up. I hope that Roto-Rooter gives all three of them credit for the great work and expertise they have in their profession. As a middle-aged widow, they really gave made me feel that I'm in good hands. Thanks to them, my immediate problem has been addressed and everything is working well.

Roto-Rooter #689 Orlando was great,he came in cleared out my sump pump line and reinstalled the pump and gave me some suggestions , very nice and polite. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter

Marlon explained in detail every intervention that he implemented to resolve my clogged sink. Fernando Deoliveira was great at explaining everything fully, clearly, and took the time to really make sure I understood what happened and what options are available which is something other competitors don’t always take the full time to do. In coordinating the effort, Fernando did an excellent job in making sure things happened on time, and with professionalism displayed throughout.

My small vanity sink in my upstairs bathroom was clogged. Anthony was my technician. I was very impressed with his service and his understanding in the fact I was on a very tight budget. Anthony is a stand up guy and very honest and was able to snake my drain in under 15 minutes. The job was completed to success and he even took the time to run the water over and over to make sure it was indeed fixed. He did not disappoint and takes his job very seriously while being understanding and honest. He cleaned up after himself and did not leave my bahroom a mess. Anthony is a good guy and a up front no hassle kind of guy. Honest and driven. He got a sure customer in me and I can work with that. Thank you Roto Rooter and thank you Anthony.

Faced with a second plumbing/drain problem in a different part of my home, I knew I could rely on Roto Rooter to resolve this problem. This time, my plumber was Peter and he was thorough, knowledgeable, and explained what needed to happen to resolve my problem. I wouldn't hesitate to turn to this office of Roto Rooter to resolve a water/drain issue. And, I was pleasantly surprised to get a follow-up visit from the water restoration team that addressed my issue earlier this year.

Great experience calling Roto-Rooter for the first time a couple days ago. My sink line backed up and I tried using a 15 foot snake but nothing was unclogging it. I called Roto-Rooter at about 4pm on a Saturday, they had the technician out at my house before 6pm. Kenny (technician) was very friendly, unclogged the line very quickly, and even gave some good advice for protecting and treating other sewer/water lines in the house. Overall a great experience.

Roto router helped me fix an ongoing problem with my sewer line. I switched plumbers and finally got very experienced plumbers to permanently replace my sewer line without having to dig up my yard. My old plumber would just keep coming back without providing permanent solutions.

Anthony #101 to perfom a jet clean on our main drain. Good guy and knew his stuff. We talked about the layout of the drain to the street, where the restrictions seemed to be located due to tree roots. Anthony setup his camera and the jet assembly and disintegrated thw roots while inspecting the pipes...great job completed in 2 hours!

Very cordial, came out only two hours after calling them, fixed the problem. Would definitely use them again.

I cant thank Roto-Rooter enough for their speedy, professional and spectacular service! They were at my house within two hours of me calling and stayed until 10:30 pm assessing our pipe damage and trying to work with us to devise an affordable and functional fix! We absolutely loved Alex, he not only worked hard to find us the best cost effective solution but he spoke in terms that we as clueless new home owners understood!
Peterson was at our house the next morning and did an excellent job fixing our complicated pipe issues!!
