I recently purchased a fabric chair and ottoman with a five year protection plan. After delivery I noticed a small tear on the bottom of the arm of the chair. Upon further inspection, I discovered that the wooden frame inside the fabric was shattered, clearly caused by the delivery. I called, they came out, they said there was nothing they could do. I am now the proud owner of a broken chair and a useless "protection plan".
