Dave and the entire staff are an absolute pleasure to deal with. Any and every time I have EVER needed any assistance with any of my past purchases, Associated has come through time and time again. I would go so far as to say that David has bent over backwards to accommodate not only myself, but my entire family.



Loyalty, Honesty, and above all, Integrity. You may find cheaper, but you will never find one better.



Lastly, a sincere thank you to the young delivery boy for making that extra effort.

They have deterioated used to be good . not any more...better off at Home Depot.

On Tuesday before Thanksgiving, I was baking my holiday pies and my oven stopped working. Not only was I concerned about the pies ..........WE WERE HAVING 20+ PEOPLE FOR THANKSGIVING DINNER ....... IN TWO DAYS.



I called Associated Appliance because that is where we purchased our appliances 5 or so years earlier. I spoke to the service manager, I believe his name was Brendan, he told me they were booked but he was sympathetic to my situation and was going to see what he could do for me. Brendan got in touch with one of their technicians and they were able to squeeze me in that day. When the repairman arrived and diagnosed the range, he found that I needed a part that he did not have on the truck, he called the store, they didn't have it there either.



Brendan said he would have the part special shipped, but I wasn't feeling very optimistic. I called Associated the next day (now Thanksgiving Eve) and they tracked the part through UPS, it was shipped but there was no idea when it would arrive. I knew these guys were doing everything they could do for me, but I just didn't think this was going to happen and most of our Thanksgiving company was from out of town, we really didn't have anyone else's home to go to. Brendan must have sensed my hysteria and said, "If we don't get the part, we will bring you a range to use for Thanksgiving, don't worry, you will be able to cook your turkey!!"



About 2pm Brendan called me to say he had not received his parts orders, but he tracked the UPS driver and was going to a nearby office park to to find him!! At about 2:30, Brendan called me to say he found the driver and that the driver was nice enough to go through the truck and hand him the parts. Brendan brought the parts to the technician who was at another job and at about 5pm, the Associated Appliance Service van was pulling into my driveway. By 5:45 pm on Thanksgiving Eve ......... I was back to baking my holiday pies.



It is customary in our family to say grace before dinner and on Thanksgiving, we each say something that we are thankful for. This year it was unanimous, in addition to our health and family, we were very thankful for the very kind and caring people at Associated Appliance and the exceptional customer service there.



I don't know who the person is with the floor issue, but they say there are three sides to every story, yours, mine and the truth.



For us, there is only one appliance store we will ever buy from or use for service, Associated Appliance.
