All 3 times I have had appointments no one is there when I get there. 2 of the 3 times it's taken him up to an hour to show up and re-open the store. That is an unacceptable amount of time to be sitting in your car with your pet doing nothing. Why even schedule appointments, if you can't keep them?! The final visit I had scheduled, no one was there, no one would answer the phone, and even after 5 voicemails, I never received a call back. I called and left another message to reschedule a few days later, but still after 3 weeks, no return call, no apology, and no appointment. It was close to my house, which seemed more convenient, but they have wasted too much of my time. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with, and I will never use their services again.

This place absolutely ROCKS!!! Love the service and they do awesome grooms on my fur babies. I always pick them up and they are so happy and smell soooo good!!! Highly recommed the boarding as well!!!

Location is great !! Groomers are awesome !! Manni came out looking like a star !! I highly recommend Pawllywood to anyone looking for a place for their pets to get pampered.

I have been taking my poodle here since they opened. Jesse does a great job and the dog always looks great. My dog is not always happy about going to the groomer, but he seems to love Pawllywood.



I recommended Pawllywood to a neighbor, and she loves them, too. You will love how your dog looks!
