This company deserves a Zero rating. Please don't call them. They take advantage of women. They tried to charge me $700.00 for a 1 bedroom house with no washer/dryer and no living room furniture. I even had all boxes ready to go at the door. The owner has no professionalism and is rude.The workers are slow, they move one box at a time. They don't have tools. They can't follow a GPS for directions. Overall, the worst experience ever. They will screw you out of your money. I'm writing this only because I don't want any women taken advantage of. If this was a man, this situation would have never happened. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!!!!!

I received updates the weeks before the move with reminders of the time and date. There was a delay in arrival on the morning of the move and they called me several hours prior to the scheduled time to let me know. This was no problem and the call allowed me to plan my morning accordingly.

The move went great! The 2 movers wrapped carefully, worked diligently, and made suggestions for safer transport of precious items. I was very pleased with all aspects of the move.

Even though most of the boxes were labelled by room, the men asked if that was in fact were I wanted each box, allowing me to easily direct the distribution of the items.

At my new home, one of the men (Pablo) suggested that my mid century couch had sharp legs that might scratch the wood floor. He recommended protecting the floor with cardboard. I imagined he would simply lay cardboard under the piece of furniture but instead, and to my amazement, he made individual cardboard footing attached to each leg, so that i can now move the couch without damaging the floor, until I can replace rubber stoppers on the legs.

Once everything was in its new place, they quickly unwrapped and un-padded and took away the wrapping materials.

They were easy to communicate with, fast and efficient, and very careful with my possessions. I highly recommend their services

Usually I don’t write reviews but I’m livid. One Source Movers ( I had to pick a star but they deserve= Zero Stars





We used One Source to move a 1 bedroom apartment. Mind you all of our things are in storage so our apartment (is pretty much empty)

only has a TV, tv stand, mattress and frame (no dressers) , small kitchenette table & 1 couch, 1 coffee table and about 10 boxes. This is all!!!!!



One Source showed up on time but it took them 2 hours to empty our apartment to the truck. This time doesn’t even include emptying the truck to the new place.

We have only been in this apartment for a week and had to relocate to another apartment in the same complex since there was an issue with the place.



The 2 movers took their sweet time and were going as slow as possible to make those extra hours which we would then be responsible to pay. They think they are pretty slick! They are crooks!!!!



To move a 1 bedroom apartment with only minimal items shouldn’t take more than 2 hours…. They were making sure to go slow to make that extra money. When we told the movers come on guys lets go, they told us “ we will be happy to leave your things outside & go”



Really??!!



What kind of business is this?



With us being frustrated because we have such little things and this shouldn’t be taking so long , we called the manager who didn’t help either nor care one bit.



The movers told us they would not move us anymore since we were upset. Who wouldn’t be upset when you have such few things & them taking their sweet @ss time?!!



We had to beg them to finish the job. Let me mind you, we were not even that upset, the movers just had attitude and didn’t like it one bit we told them to lets be a little quicker.



Let me mind you we used Movers 2 weeks ago from Clear Lake Movers, they moved us in our new apartment we are in now. We moved from a 4 bedroom house, went to storage to drop all of our things in storage and then to the apartment we are in now. They only took 2 hours! Can you believe it?~~ This is why we are so mad. We moved from our 4 bedroom house, to storage & finally to an apartment in 2 hours. Once source wants to take 2 hours just to move a few items just to the truck, this time does not include emptying the truck to our other apartment. One Source is horrible, do not use them you will pay more than 2 hours. They are crooks, want to take your money and go slow on purpose. Go on Yelp and see all of the other bad reviews for this company. We should’ve read the reviews before using this company. I would not recommend this place to anyone! I call my 1 bedroom a half a bedroom since we have such few things in there, to move half an apartment 700sq ft apartment took One Source Movers, 3 hours.

They knew exactly what they were doing, please don't use them! They go slow on purpose to charge you more.
