My washer overflowed in May and flooded the floor. I was not sure if it was the washer or a problem for a plumber. From the first call with Jennifer to figure out what I needed to Walter making the repair, customer service was excellent. I was given an accurate estimate. Walter arrived, showed me what the problem was, & quickly made the repair. He also answered other questions I had concerning other appliances & possible maintenance needs. The charge was very reasonable. I have since spoken with Jennifer about future needs regarding upkeep & repair of multiple appliances? I am confident that the cost for this will be reasonable & fair and I am sure that Walter will provide good service and info about options, if needed, when I am able to schedule for this. I would highly recommend GM Appliance Service to anyone who values great service at a fair rate. Definitely 5 Stars out of a possible 5 for Excellent!

Initially what drove me to this company was their outstanding reviews. Well, they exceeded 5 stars with me. I called to schedule service on my sub zero fridge and lg washer. I was using them as my "second opinion" company because I had already had someone out and didn't trust their $2000 quote to repair my appliances. At the time of service neither the owner or the technician knew that someone had already been to my house to diagnose. Both appliances were assessed and the tech presented me with a bill for $365 for the total job. Washer repair was going to cost me $300 and my $8,000 fridge was only going to cost me the service fee of $65. WHAT!!!! He explained that something was loose on the fridge causing it to make the noise. He fixed it for the diagnostics fee and that was it. They could have taken my money, but they were honest. The things written on the web are definitely accurate They are a one of a kind company. Very honest and trustworthy and you will love talking with Jennifer, the owner. I will definitely be using them in the future and referring them to all of my friends and family.

I finally gave in to get our leaking freezer fixed and found GM Appliance Service and read a number of good reviews. I contacted them by email and Jennifer promptly replied and was able to schedule my service quickly, and on a Saturday with no additional premiums for weekend appointments. Walter was the tech coming over and he even showed up early. He quickly diagnosed the issue as a backed up drain. He cleaned everything out and no more leaks. He was also very friendly. We finally found a reliable appliance repair company. Now only if I could get AHS home warranty to use them for my other covered appliances..

I called about my front load washer that stopped working in the middle of a spinning cycle.I contacted GM Appliance Service and boy,am I glad I did that.Hats off to Jennifer for passing along a good example of courtesy and great service!The technician-Walter-was very knowledgeable and professional and was able to figure out the problem in no time, despite the complications from a plumbing issue that was the main issue for the malfunction.If it was not for them, we would have been in serious water damage that was waiting to happen.I would definitely use their service again.

The Tech Walter was professional and friendly he clearly explained the problem and though the part needed is on back order. I understood the reason for the the delay, is do to the earthquake in Japan a few years back continues to effect manufacturing plants from being at full capacity.

Called Gm out yesterday to fix my refrigerator ice maker. The young lady Jennifer who answered the phone was so upbeat and pleasant. She accommodated my crazy work schedule and had someone out the same day. To my surprise, Walter the technician was just as pleasant as she was. I still can't believe the great service I received yesterday. This company is highly recommended
