This restaurant has an elegant and romantic atmosphere , the meats are very tasty, the salad bar is okay I would like them to add more variety . I liked the service, I went with my family to celebrate Father's Day and we have to wait 1:50 min but was expected because it was a holiday. in conclusion I enjoyed the restaurant food and price, I actually like more than Fogo de Chao.

Check out this new steak house...

Check out this new steak house in the Sugar Land area. On my birthday I asked my wife to Google "fine dining steakhouse in the Sugarland area". A few names showed up but most of them were old news. What I mean is that we had been there several times and we wanted to try a new place. We gave up searching and decided to go to Pappas Grill on 59. I called and was told they by the new restaurant that they closed and it became a Brazilian Steak House by the name of Tradicao. My prayers were answered, we were looking for a new restaurant and this one fit the bill. We went ahead, made reservations for a Thursday night. Tradicao was like most Brazilian Steakhouses that I had been to in the Houston area. Convenience and price were a plus but I didn't feel I lost on the savings. The salad bar was comparable to the others, worth to mention the "Salmon Ceviche", the meats were excellent, worth mentioning

"Cod fish" ( not a steak), shrimp, etc. They should change their name to Steakhouse/Seafood because they took the concept of Brazilian Steak a notch higher than their counterparts. Recommend if you want to try a new concept.

Possibly Clear Lake's best Steakhouse ( or should I say Brazilian Steak house). Good ambiance, service, reasonably priced for an all you can eat Steakhouse, desserts, large wine list and to top it all a few minutes from home. No more 2 hour drives to Houston to eat at F*go de C*ao. I use the time to savor the wine or sip some coffee at the end.
