Thieves! Plain and simple. They will sell you a lemon and charge you to fix it several times to include an engine rebuild. Once you give up on the lemon, they will sell it for you and will charge you their regular commission. That was my experience with them. I have all the receipts so it is impossible for them to be able to refute this. Do not trust anything Allan tells you!
