I read the previous reviews and felt I had a duty to step up and say something. Mrs. Fenlon helped us get SSD benefits that had previously been denied. She knows her way through the system and was able to get us the help we needed. I would be living on the STREET if it was not for this woman. Clearly, I am very loyal to the person that saved my livelihood, but there is no way that the Margaret Fenlon I worked with is anything like the person portrayed in previous reviews. I did not meet her until this year, though. She could have been completely different before or going through a bad time in her life or whatever. The point that I am trying to make is that she did the job I hired her for and was successful. She returned my calls when I called her and her voicemail was never full.



All I can say is that people make mountains out of mole hills. Then add mental and physical stress, economic desperation, and bureaucratic frustration to the mix. Anyone is bound to become unhappy in this situation no matter who your lawyer is at the time.

My Name is Ashley, My Fiance had applied for SSD and got denied. So we turned to Margaret Fenlon For help. At first we were excited and ready for her help. After about 2 months things went down hill. She NEVER answers her phone. She NEVER checks voicemail. and Half the time it is full. She suggested we Text her Cell phone. EVEN when we did that We still Got NO answer or reply. The whole thing was a hair pulling experience. And I honestly suggest you look else where. She once told us that she lost our number .... hello we've called you plenty of times and left our number on the message. And hello you have our number on file!!! Look us up! After all that said and done we got denied again. After that it was like trying to catch a zombie.... impossible! We couldn't get a hold of her for anything. She told us to call her and we'll start working harder.... it has been about 6 months since that day and still haven't heard a darn thing. We tried switching lawyers right after that.... she didn't even answer calls for anyone regarding our case to transfer our files to them. So Really honestly look for another lawyer You will have better luck I'm sure. On another note I don't want to just bash her. So I will give a couple pluses that are there. She is very nice and friendly. Her office.... not very inviting its actually very cluttered. I think if she cleaned up or got organized itd be better. If she'd answer her phone itd be better and If her assistant would actually give her these messages that we are constanly leaving for her things would run more smoothly. Just don't waste your time.

she is absoultaly the worst. . .no address for one, never returns calls, never follows up on any calls. wont answer calls.

she wont listen to her voicemail because over half the time you call her voicemail is full. . in all seriousness, she is increditablly incompotent.

do NOT use her, you will be frusturated, gaurentee
