We were selling our house in south city. We needed work done on the sewer system under the basement floor. I called another plumber and he took 4 days to give me a quote, I also called Maplewood plumbing and they came out and gave us a quote that day. They also were great with being able to come out the next week! The guy who gave us a quote was very thorough and explained all of the situation we could run into so we were fully informed. I am so grateful that we ended up calling Maplewood plumbing! they were professional and understood our need of getting the job done quickly for our buyers. They made a stressful situation easy!

I am a contractor and have been using Maplewood plumbing on my jobs. I know if I send them to a customers house they will be professional and courteous. They provide top notch work and are very reasonable with their pricing. I know for a fact that they stand behind their products and their craftsmanship. Everyone at Maplewood Plumbing is professional and customer service oriented. Will helped us resolve a particularly horrible experience we had with Soulard Plumbing. To say he went out of his way for us is a huge understatement. Maplewood Plumbing ran new water lines in our bathroom, installed a vanity, sink and faucets. They replaced the service valve to our main water supply because the water company broke it off and would not fix it. We also had a toilet and new tub drain installed by Maplewood Plumbing. Thank you to Will, Brian, Brad and Janice for everything you have done for us including stepping into the debacle that Soulard Plumbing refused to help with. You are the best plumbers in the world.

Maplewood plumbing found creative solutions for a complete bathroom remodel in a 120 year old house in Webster Groves. The job couldn't have been more complex, but they handled it with ease. As homeowners, we acted as our own general, and Maplewood Plumbing always had their work done on time and coordinated their schedule with the cabinetmaker, electrician, and tile installer. We got to know these plumbers on a first name basis. Don't call anyone else!

I've used Maplewood plumbing for a couple of small jobs around our 100 year old house and found them properly priced, friendly, on time, and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Horrible customer service. They overcharged us for time they didn't spend working, taking advantage of the fact we were not home. Luckily phone records proved otherwise. When confronting them, they refused to ever give us a description of what they actually spent the time doing. Hung up on us several times, and ended up having to use small claims to resolve the issue.



Can't say enough bad things about them. Avoid at all costs!

I can't say enough great things about Maplewood plumbing. I have been a customer for the past 12 -15 years, and being an owner of an older home, have had my share of minor plumbing problems as well as remodeling which involed major work.

Maplewood Plumbing fixed two of my plumbing issues in a timely and professional manner. They were professional, prompt, and very affordable. Both issues involved older plumbing that had been repaired "on the cheap." Will Oberkrom went out of his way to explain the problem and repair it correctly. I highly recommend them.
