Bob King was our contractor. The work was so poorly done we had to have the supplier and manufacturer out to the job site. The reps were in agreement that the work was poorly done and Bob agreed that all his work had to come off and be done all over again. The roof began leaking in under a week and no one came out to fix the hole I had to find. We had high winds damaging the NEW roof panels and the ridge cap that Bob left unsecured. He promised to come out but never showed up and will now not take any of our call or respond to texts and voicemails. I got to him one time with an unknown cell and he hung up on me. His response to a Breach of Contract email was we could text all day....we got what we paid for.
