American Dream Pressure Cleaning & Maintenance, Inc has been family owned and operated since 1993. We operate across the eastern seaboard, making monthly trips from Maine to Virginia and everywhere in between. We provide weekly, monthly, and seasonal pressure cleaning and are available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year at nearly every hour of the day. We will work with any corporate client, such as Darden, Brinker and OSI restaurants, to find the best service package for your business or restaurant. Our customers include some of the largest restaurant chains in the country, including Olive Garden, Red Robin, Famous Daves, Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba's, Red Lobster, Chili's, Longhorn Steakhouse, The Greene Turtle, Seasons 52 and the list goes on. We offer reasonable ongoing cleaning contracts to fit any company's need. Our machines are trailer mounted, each with 300-500 gallon tanks. Our trailers can be manned by two to three people at the same time to maximize efficiency. They run at pressures of up to 8 gallons per minute and can heat water for tough jobs.
