I received very good assistance and advice from the lady who assisted me. I will visit there again!

I have never been treated so unfairly by an owner of a company before! I asked Carmen, owner of Lee Cleaners if she was licensed and bonded. She stated that she was not. I asked because my dress is $800. I have never taken anything in to be cleaned before. She didn't want anything to do with me from that point on. She said that I am just one of those people that she knows I would find something wrong with my cleaned dress and try to get money out of her. I stated it was a simple question, and I would love for her to clean my dress, because she has the most reasonable prices around. She turned around and walked away, leaving me there with my mouth wide open. I asked the clerk helping me if Carmen was always like this, and she nodded. I spoke loud enough for Carmen to hear me in the back, that she has lost my business for the Tuxedo shop also.
