We had them come out and adjust our pool cover, they sort of fixed it. They billed us, we paid it. Called them and asked them to come and really fix it this time. They did, then billed us again for fixing their mistake. We called and had to beg to get the charges removed. Our pulley system on the cover broke a month later (strange I know). We carefully closed the cover and went out of town. Johansen's came and opened the cover (while we were out of town) left it open and told us, they couldn't fix it and we would need to buy a new cover. Wow, ok! Talk about crappy service.....and thanks for leaving my pool open, while I was out of town! So we ordered a new cover, they put it on and it looked like crap, droopy and baggy. The company told us that it tightens over time and not to open it for a few days. I opened the cover to find a screwdriver rusting on my pool bottom. I called and paid my installment complained about the service, and found the rust stain gone the next time I opened up my pool....k creepy ! I don't love it when people authorize themselves to come and work at my house uninvited. So I took my time paying the final installment.....only received one statement from them and they are now taking me to small claims.....run!!!!! Do not use this company!

We had a issue with a piece of equipment that was put in by these guys. We called them to have them come take a look, but before they came out with had already found and fixed the issue. A few weeks later we recieved a bill from them claiming they had come by and fixed our issue. ?????? We were puzzled we never saw anyone nor did we authorize them to fix anything. We thought they never showed up?? They are now hounding us to pay a bill for something we never authorized and that was already fixed. They are crooks..dont hire them.

This company has taken care of our pool for two years, and I have been very [pleased with their service. They come on time, are efficient, and are very pleasant to deal with. Twice I have out of town and had their representative call me about some problem with our home. Once it was to tell me that an outdoor fan had fallen and that he had put the parts in a specific place. I don't recall what the other event was, but it was certainly good to know that someone kept an eye on things if I was away. I strongly recommend them.

I would stay far - far away from having this company do any of your pool service needs. The company operates on a Scatter brained mentality - Which will overcharge you for their services, Show up at your home unexpected at any day or time of the week and begin doing work you don't authorize just to try to EXTORT as much money out of you as they possibly can. They are honestly to the most disorganized, irresponsible company I have ever seen. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM!!

This company hired inferior employees to clean your pool. They didn't even know what they where doing. A job that should have taken about an hour took 5 hours with two people. Not only did they take forever but they also broke the water filter. I am using another company for now on.
