Their facility is warm and inviting which makes for a nice environment to be in. Most of the staff is friendly and treats you like you are family or a close friend. Of course there are some staff members that are just plain snippy and make you feel like your concerns or thoughts don't matter. After bringing concerns about the results of the treatment that I paid for, I was treated like my concerns were unfounded and I just had to accept the results of the treatment. The arrogance that some of the staff occasionally have (including the good doctor), makes you feel like you have no right to bring up concerns or question the results.

Brian and staff are always helpful and kind, I always feel all my questions are answered and they work really well with you on the financial and appointments. I would strongly recommend them.

We love coming to see Dr. Brian Trapnell in Springville. The staff is always very kind. The assisants are always careful checking my mouth and gentle.

This has been one of my favorite places to come to! My experiences are always amazing, starting with the friendly smiles up front, the attention to detail from my assistant (Kimi) and ending with the incredible care from Dr. Trapnell. I cannot say enough good things about this place!

I had to leave my daughter here to get her 2nd phase done by herself. I was very concerned but the staff was amazing in making her feel comfortable and not stressed. I arrived to get her and all was well.

Dr. Brian Trapnell and his staff have provided the best orthodontic care for myself and my family. Dr. Trapnell really takes the time to explain things to my boys and encourage them to stick to his treatment plan.

I appreciate the staff of Dr. Trapnell at the Springville office. They have helped both of my children with braces to correct how their teeth look and feel. They were calm with my children as both were young getting braces for overbite issues. Thank you for the help with my children's teeth.
