these people call themselves tire experts far from it they put me and my families lives in serious danger they have no respect for anything including their own customers I was a true customer they made one major mistake so I thought ok we all make mistakes so I gave them another chance it ended up costing me more money to fix their mistake and they did something even worse than the first time matter of fact they had no regards to the kind of danger they put us at and one of their other stores was totally amazed that they had such little regards to the problem and said it was a good thing I stopped by there store which in turn cosseted me even more money and not even an apology from the Springville store now that is service yea right
