Called to find out if they did large format color prints. The guy on the phone said they did so I emailed them the PDF of the two sheets I needed printed to the email address that is on there website home page under email. Well can in a couple hours later to pick up the prints and they where not ready because they only check that email once a day. So he said he would print them and I said I would come back later and pick them up. Came back 3 hours later he was about 25% done printing the first page. Seeing that I was frustrated he said that he didn't understand why I was frustrated. And I explained that this was the second time I had been here to pick up the same prints and they still where not done. He then proceeded to say that he had questions about the prints and didn't know what kind of paper to print them on and didn't have a cell phone number. Even thou my office number was on the original email I sent. Then he told me they really need 1 to 2 days lead time to plot color prints. Are you serious you need one to two days to print 4 color sheets.

My husband is military. He was out of town for service related business. I have a power of attorney and needed to get a real estate paper notarized. The clerk refused to notarize this form because my husband wasn't "physically present". I tried to explain to him the purpose of a Power of Attorney, but he clearly didn't know how to do his job. He wouldn't ask or call anyone else, and said there was noone else there I could talk to.

I had to drive to the UPS store in Clarksville, where they actually knew how to do their job.

Long story short: Will not notarize for military spouse's with a power of attorney.

No knowledgable manager on site.
