A Premier Travel saved my tail tonight!

After we boarded our American flight out of Kalamazoo to Chicago and ultimately home an hour ago our flight got suddenly canceled due to mechanical problems with one of the engines.

Everybody had to scramble to get to ticket counters because there was nothing else out and people were talking about driving three hours to Detroit or two hours to Grand Rapids and being on standby. I called Tom - Tom at A Premier travel and interrupted his Friday night and spent literally an hour getting me rebooked on a flight at dawn tomorrow into Chicago and home at some point early afternoon and got me into a hotel near the airport. The others are still standing back in line.

We are really lucky to have such great people as Maureen and Tom at A Premier Travel. It seems that on a weekly basis they drop everything to help me and everybody else at our firm!

A friend recommended to us that we meet with Tom Ward to set up our vacation to Ireland.

During the meeting he listen to what we wanted to do and asked us questions before he advised us on his personal recommendations for what to see and do within our time constraints. He set us up with Planes, Trains and Buses with private guides on a couple of days.

We saw Dublin, Galway, Inis Mor, the Cliffs of Moore, Killarney, the Ring of Kerry, Cobh, Cork, Blarney Castle, Bunratty Castle. The custom itinerary he set up was a step by step outline of what we were doing and extras that we could add on based on the weather.

We had visited another travel agency who said they were an Ireland expert and tried to sell us on a bus tour with strangers. Tom put together the perfect trip for us.

Went to the travel agency I used for years in Newtown Square that I discovered is now under new management, wasn't happy with my conversation there. The gentleman knew little to nothing about travel and the woman seemed angry when I asked for red hair girl I use to deal with. So after feeling kind of pushed around, I went to the headquarters of their company in Springfield to find out that they moved. The people here were delightful to deal with and very accommodating and knowledgeable. This is certainly the best professional service I every received from any travel agent I ever dealt with.
