I love Springfield Salon. This place is so nice inside although the outside is a little rough. Every time I go everyone is so nice. The waxing is wonderful. The area is not harshly lit with white light and the atmosphere is so pleasant. I have been there three time and i will not go anywhere else...

I am extremely impressed with Springfield Nail Salon's waxing services- the lady who serviced me was gentle, friendly, and THOROUGH..



While the outside of the building seems like it could use some love the service inside goes far beyond other salons' customer service. Of all the salons I've been to, in Springfield and elsewhere, this is my number 1.

The first time I ever had a bikini wax I walked into Springfield Nail Salon on a whim and I was greeted immediately. As soon as I inquired about waxing, the owner kindly dropped her voice so that our conversation would be unable to be heard by the other patrons. I didn't wait at all but went straight to the back area.



The bed seemed clean as did the other parts of the room and the equipment used seemed up to date. The lady taking care of me guided me through the process verbally first and then frequently checked in throughout the wax. I really appreciated the progress updates I received through the process, it helped put me at ease. She was extremely good at keeping the conversation going so that I never felt awkward. Also, the conversation helped distract me from the waxing.



But the best part was how THOROUGH the waxing was. Even after my first time going I was completely clean: front, back and bikini line.



I've never had a manicure or pedicure at this salon. However, the next time I do I'm going here.



Seriously, GO TO SPRINGFIELD NAIL SALON.

Springfield Nails is fantastic! I used to live in Springfield and recently moved 40 minutes away and I STILL come here several times a month to get my manicure and pedicure, and my eyebrows and legs waxed. I am very picky and particular about my nails and they always cater to me with a smile, and do a really nice job. Their prices are very reasonable and affordable and the staff does a great job and is friendly.



If you are looking for a nail salon that does a great job all the time, try Springfield Nails. They are the best!

I absolutely love this nail salon! The owners are friendly, the prices are reasonable and they all do a great job! I especially like their emphasis on nail care. They offer many other services too! I would recommend them to anyone in the local area. I don't even mind driving a distance to get my nails done here because i always leave satisfied!!
