Great store! It has been for over 15 years! Great prices on new music and very reasonable prices on older classics. (I just wish the music section was bigger)! Your cashiers are very friendly, too - especially the woman I usually check out with - I believe her name is "Mickey" or "Nikki." Either way, you guys really ARE THE BEST!

Terrible customer service. Shawn from the Geek Squad was very offensive and condescending. Tried to give me a lesser quality computer than the one that was advertised and shipped to me. Very arrogant. I`ll never shop with bestbuy again. Too many others to chose from.

I have a terible experinece of my life buying something from best buy adress 642 baltimore pike,spring field ,PA. We asked for help and a blond girl i think named summer came in.we wanted to buy computer.Whatever we asked she knew nothing.We were so angry that why these kind of people are paid for knowing nothing???For Gods Sake u are not selling pizza u are selling hundreds of $ worth of electronics,atleast know what u are selling.after getting angry a but we bought a desktop and an extra keyboard and mouse and a DS charger,Total nearly$900.when we came home,opened the computer box....what do we find???keyboard and mouse with computer...what the hell??This girl summer didnt told us about it and we bought extra..Thanku very much and she also gave us the wrong charger...I Am never going to buy any thing again from here...x( $store employees knows better about their products then u guys...x(
