This is going to be a mixed review. I actually do like the salon however it does need more organization. Sometimes the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. If you go for a pedicure and a hair appointment often the staff at the desk do not know you are there for 2 services. Also, when I go there for pedicures, the person I schedule with comes out to talk to me but DOES NOT KNOW I am there for her. It seems the managers do not ask the staff to check their schedules when they arrive. Again, I like the facility but it needs tightening up.
