Horrible excuse for a Dentist. Staff was great but the Dr. grade A Duche. Wont listen to medical history before deciding he knows best within 30 seconds of meeting you. They don't care about what YOU want for YOUR HEALTH but what's good for THEIR WALLETS. Horrible place shouldn't be open when you don't care about your patients. Glad I walked away 100% if you cant listen to me while your asking questions I DONT TRUST you to practice correctly. Hope you continue to know everything and it leads you to success

They are a very friendly group great cleaning experience

This place is the worst place for dental work they use the people with OHP especially they know if you have OHP they can keep billing them for unnecessary work for example if you have a tooth that needs a filling first they will want you to get cleaning get a exam and in my case they fixed other stuff first that wasent bothering me cause they new once they fixed the problem i was haveing i probably would not come back when i asked them about it they said oh its how it works OHP wants us to leave the worst for last i say bs if your in extreme pain and thats what needs to be fixed save it for last dont make sense other then they want to squezze OHP for as much as possibile i have been to other dentist when i had ods and was paying cash and they dont do that you say this tooth is the one that hurts please fix it and thats what they do is fix it they dont make you wait to get a full exam and teeth cleaning when there is something in plain view thats needs to be fixed yes a exam and cleaning is necessary but not when your in extereme pain and they could just fix and then capital dental wich is now smile keepers they will say well if your in extreme pain come in first thing in morning but i have done that and they will do nothing for you but extract it after you wait for hours capital dental wich now is smile keepers on q st in springfield is corrupt un ethical and just truly just fake people that care nothing more about but making money off of the poor they dont care about your pain or your smile they abuse the ohp system and act like there helping but they are not its hard when theres no jobs and you need ohp for help and this is what you get and to think they even do dental work on people who have good insurace for those who have the choice cause with ohp you dont do not go there

My husband became a patiend there on August 29th this year due to extreme pain caused by 2 teeth. As of this date they've billed for a full mouth debriedment that was never performed, they've scaled 1 quadrant of his mouth, and he's still in extreme pain everyday. They've done NOTHING for his original complaint. But they've bill our insurance $400 out of the $1000 yearly max we have so now he can't have his teeth fix by anyone for another 3 months.



Plus they charged us a co-pay fee for xrays and exams that were 100% covered by our insurance company. This dental group is nothing but a bunch of rip off con artists.
