Terrible place to live over priced 2 bedrooms 1 bath are 755.00 the rent went up due to updates but none have been done except for about 12 apartments in the last 12 months. Mantinence guys are awesome friendly and confident but management is terrible patty is an awesome person to deal with. The new lady she hired which me and a few other people who live here call her the cleaner. The lady is africian american and by far the worst person you can meet unless she finds you attractive. Then she calls you by pet names such as she has called me blue eyes. The reason my rating is so low is i have many friends here and aswell as some of the maintenance people are my friends people are saying she is sexually harrassing them. Other people says she uses racism Against tennets to get rid of them. She proudly announced she is there to get rid of people the first day i walked in there watched her yell at my neighbor on my neighbors front porch in front of others. She stalks people during the day to see if they hang out too long and where there going. I guess someone was telling her to leave him or her alone and that court action would be taken if she didnt and they didnt live there so she 86ed them from the property my girlfriend saw it as it was happening. Be far warned i would not rent here tell this mananger is gone fyi patty is awesome though very pleasent and enjoyable to work with...
