First off I would never shop at any M. Jacobs store. My friend just got a job there working as a delivery driver and it infuriates me just to hear some of the underhanded things they pull. They lie cheat and steal their way to the top. They have commited fraud multiple times by purposefully damaging merchandise for the insurance money and then fixing it and selling it for full price. One time they got a container of couches that was full of seawater and mold. So you know what good old mike schwarz does? He claims the insurance then pretties up the couches and sells them as is knowing they were full of mold.

My friends just went there today looking for headboards. They asked one of the floor staff if they carried them. The guy said no, but after a quick scan, my friends saw they did have some. The guy said that "they were too expensive" for them." This is disgusting customer service. My friends are never going back, and I am surely never going to shop for furniture there. Spread the word.
