I have nothing but PRAISE for Joyce Johnson and staff. I had become very self-conscience RE: my broken, pitiful denture's. I was starting to look like I didn't even have teeth.I had an eye appointment next door to the McKenzie Denture Clinic and just walked in after my app.They were so helpful & nice. They immediately looked a my top denture to see what could be done. I had an app. the next morning.Joyce performed a miracle on my denture. I could not believe how beautiful and comfortable it was when she was done.I feel like smiling again. My teeth look so much like my natural teeth did. They went above & beyond. They are honest, reasonable, caring. They produce amazing results. Would recommend them to any and all!Sincerely,Londa Tholl

The service was fine.However price was doubled over estimate. We were not happy with finished product. The receptionist was extremely rude and the dentist would not call me back to talk about inflated estimate. We ended up going somewhere else at got it done for less than half of the price.

July 2014 – 5 star rating!If you are in the market for the services of a first rate denturist, then I can highly recommend Joyce Johnson LD at the McKenzie Denture Clinic. When I went in to McKenzie Denture Clinic at 1110 18th Street Suite 6, it was at the urging of an old friend who had Joyce Johnson make him plates and he had complete confidence in Joyce’s abilities. He convinced me that she could get the job done. I was unsure if I would be able to get plates at all without needing studs or bone augmentation. Other clinics had told me that I would need augmentation. I have worn dentures for over 40 years and would be needing extensive rebuilding and fitting of dentures and quite frankly I had doubts that it could be done satisfactorily.At our first meeting Joyce’s knowledge and commitment was evident and her demeanor assured me that she had the experience and the skills to do the job. She explained that dentistry had come a long way since I had my last dentures made and she reassured me that I would be very pleased with the results. She set up a plan, explained it all to me, made the plates and we are now in the fitting and rebuilding of my gum tissues. So far I am very pleased and self-assured the results will be more than I had hoped for… Thanks Joyce and staff for a good experience!

The staff here is absolutely amazing. They are not only compassionate but you are their priority. They took the time to make sure comfort and looks were up to my standards.
