Preparing and filing certified copies of death certificates and notifying Social Security Administration. We also assist with placing obituaries and filing veteran documents.

They treat every individual with the highest standard of dignity, regardless of final disposition or the services selected. The deceased was important to someone and it's their peace of mind that is most important to us.

This place was perfect for the service we wanted. They have a wonderful staff or should I say team. Todd, Randy and Henry were there to help us with setting up the flowers, food, pictures and making us feel at ease. I would recommend this funeral home if you are interested in someone helping you from A - Z. These guys took care of doing everything for us. Joy made us a beautiful video tribute and we had so many complements. I have been to many funerals and Major Family is exceptional.

I have never seen such a dedicated staff. They are really there to serve you. They help you pre-plan your funeral arrangements which is a very important thing to do for you and your family. I did my pre-arrangement plans a couple of years ago with them. At the time of need, they are caring and so supportive. They don't try to over sell you at the time of great loss. My friend was using another Funeral Home for the loss of her father, and when she was making funeral arrangements for him, they were trying to sell her pre-arrangement plans for herself. Major Family Funeral Home would never do this. They honor you at this great time of loss and they help make the stress less for the family by taking care of everything for them.. Being family owned, Todd and Joy Slack and their staff are personally there for you. They treat you with the kindness they would treat their own family.
