THE DENTIST: My boyfriend went in for an appt yesterday after the holiday weekend. He was in the worst pain that he has ever experienced in his life, he hadn't slept in over 24 hours and had been able to barely eat anything due to the amount of pain that he was in.

The dentist said that the pulp was effected and that the most pain a person can face when it comes to tooth pain is going to come from the pulp. With that being said he was given an antibiotic and nothing for the pain. I have never seen him in as much pain as he is in right now, and Hayden Dental did NOTHING to help him. If that's not malpractice i don't know what is...



THE OFFICE STAFF: He had authorized me as a person who can verify things on his account and also change them if needed, since he is unable to talk without being in extreme pain and they said that they "didnt have note of that" when i called back to confirm his follow up appt.
