Beware of this company. They service our business because of a corporate contract and no matter what will find "impending catastrophic failures" on all our equipment. They will submit for the work to be completed without asking. Much like a shady mechanic shop. Scam artists for sure.

Played phone tag for three days so dar trying to get service. They won't schedule a specific time because of the backlog. Exoect you to get off work and wait and wait. Doesn't say much for the equipment if it breaks when u need it most and they don't have staff to repair it.

I called to see about our system Warranty and basically was put on the back burner. If you are new customer and are going to be spending money for an install you might have better luck. If you are an old customer and need service on something existing good luck! You wont be ranked very high on their offices priority list. Maybe if they actually had someone answering the phones who acted like they cared about your situation it could be better.

I chose Comfort Flow Heating because many of my coworkers said they had an outstanding reputation. They were higher priced than some of the other bids I received, but I was very impressed with the knowledge the salesman possessed & the details he covered. The most amazing thing was the Installers though. They did an outstanding job! They were very friendly/professional, they always cleaned up after themselves, & they explained how to use the system in simple terms. The quality in the workmanship was amazing! I felt confident Comfort Flow Heating would take care of me, but they exceeded the expectations that my wife and I had. Thanks Comfort Flow Heating for the wonderful experience. Our home is the most comfortable it has ever been!

Excellent Communication before and during installation. The install guys were very friendly, proficient & cleanly. (they vacummed up all day long, hardly ever knew it was construction! Ahh) :)

We used a time or two but have not have good results. Our system never works like they say it will. They are too expensive. I will go somewhere else.

All interactions with your company have been stellar. I have been a customer with your company for a very long time. I am always satisfied with the great service.

The installers were very nice and they cleaned up after themselves. Kudos to them!
