I called to check on the rates at Centennial Self-Storage. The web ad, seen here, says they have a 25% web special on the first month's rent.######First off, when I phone a business I expect a professional greeting and not a bewildered, "Hello?"######Secondly, the person who answered the phone was unaware of this advertised special and seemed irritated. She reluctantly asked the manager who confirmed they did not have this special. Either they are not aware or there has been a mistake, but shouldn't they check into it when I told them where I saw it?######Last, nobody seemed to know for sure about the availability of the unit size, about which I was inquiring. The cost? $15 more than the closest competitors, PLUS rentors provide their own locks, PLUS a $5 administrative fee. FOR???######That's just the phone call, folks. Yikes.
