Horrible service over a 2 month period. They actually sawed a part off of my engine and trued to blame a major dealership. Shadiest people ever!

I took my Toyota there in 1987 and it seemed okay.

Great place to take your car or truck for repairs. My wife and I have used them in the past and really trust them.

So long story short I took my car there couple months ago and the reason I did was amazing price compared to anywhere else. Had I known that my 2 day job (as promised) would turn into over a month I would have paid more to another shop. I travel everyday for work and it made it really inconvenient. All the owner had to tell me was, "its a bigger job then we thought it will be tomorrow." He told me that week after week after week. Well I get my car back a month later long behold they didn't replace parts that I paid for. This job cost me well over $2000 and to know that they couldn't even complete the job as promised is really disappointing. I would have rather paid more to have it done in a timely manner and done right the first time. So I call the owner to tell him about the new problem and its almost as if he knew I was gonna call. I scheduled an appt for the new prob 2 weeks in advance. I take my car in and was supposed to pick it up the same day and what do you know! ITS NOT READY! IM PISSED! He said he doesn't have the part and he has to order it, so it will be done tomorrow. I told them what the problem was when I scheduled the appt., yet he still didn't have the part... I finally get my car back and they didn't put any oil in it!!!! Luckily I randomly checked when I picked it up, or otherwise I would've had a blown my engine! Never again will I go there or recommend that any one should go there!!!!
