David came out and was very nice while at our house. Unfortunately, one door's lock had an issue that required a part that needed to be ordered from China. So far so good.

The part supposedly arrived months later. Dairian apoligized for the delay and scheduled an appointment to put it in, even though I had offered to do it myself if they would just send the part and provide instructions. No one ever showed up for the appointment or called (I waited four hours), and my many calls and texts have been ignored since.

I appreciate that people can be busy, but I think I deserve to be treated better than this.

I don't have Facebook but wanted to express my gratitude for the great service we received from your company today. David and his brother came out and helped me get into my Lexus today. They were both timely, friendly and went above and beyond! They even went as far as to unlock my little girl and her friends diaries they had lost the keys too while they were there. Thanks gentlemen. Happy Holidays! U rock!

P.s. I apologize when I phoned back my roadside assistance they said it was the wrong number to confirm that the job had been completed. If you have a number or contact for them I would be happy to share with them our positive experience.
