I went to Baby's World with a tote full of clothes that were too small for my Son, and walked out with a tote plus, of clothes that did fit my Son. The lady can be a little rude, but judging by her location, she probably deals with a lot of crap from people, especially because all the bad reviews people are giving, were over the 10x10 tote rule. That's what she wants people, so just get the damn tote and move on with your life. Geez. Personally, I like her, even if she does have a little attitude. She sure is doing a great service to keep the children of this area clothed. Not only does she trade at 70%, but has 1/2 off sales everyday. That is considerably better than her competitors. I will be back!

Do not go to this store. The lady was very rude and disrespectful to my husband and I. I don't understand how she is still in business with such low customer service skills and peoples skills for that matter. We had a 10x11 tote, she did not accept this because it HAS to be 10x10. She was unwilling to use a 10x10 tote to measure out our baby clothing. She offered us cash for a baby pillow so we could go buy a 10x10 tote, although we originally asked for trade. The hole experience was extremely ridiculous and a waste of time. I give one star only because I can't give negative stars.

My daughter and granddaughter arrived her from a Sunny/Warm climate after a very trying and difficult time with medical issues with the baby at birth. Baby's World was very helpful and compassionate when we arrived with some summer clothes, desperately needing to exchange for some winter clothes. They are helpful, compassionate and at the same time professional.

We continue to both exchange and purchase children’s clothes. Thank you.

Do not go to this store. They are very rude and have no customer service skills. I went in with 3 boxes of clothes and was told I had to bring them in in a 10x10 tote. I told her no one told me that when I called in and she actually said to me "I'm not going to argue with you, we tell everyone when the call in they have to bring it in a tote" That is not how you talk to a customer, and I will never do business with them ever. If I could give them less than one star I would, because they don't even deserve one.

This is great resale store. The owner is professional, compassionate and reasonable. The atmosphere is cheery and helpful. The selection of items, from clothes for baby, toys, strollers, jumpers and they even carry maternity clothes. Her store credit is the best around. The quality of the merchandise is decent enough but the prices are unbeatable and I have been to all the resale stores. Babys World is by far the best in the area.
