wow what a great place to buy a hot tub glad we found them best prices in the area

Best place in town to purchase parts and very helpful at no charge with how to do the work myself. I did my research and saved around 25% over the competition best to give them a call before you by parts for you spa

we had a wonderful experience with these guys great to deal with very likeable and the price was right for a spa. Recomend to everyone

We just purchased a hot tub from affordable hot tubs and they asked us to write a review. Our over all experience was excellent right from the start. They educated us on all the different hot tub features so we could make a good choice for us. They delivered the spa and set everything uo and went through how to use it and all the things about chemicals. We are very happy with them and hey the price was right we looked every where and couldnt find a better deal in town

called for a service on our spa on a friday and they came out on saturday who works on saturdays? well these guys do and they were fast only cost me 75 .00 to have my leak fixed

Horrible experience with this company. They came to fix my hot tub pump over 3 weeks ago, and to order a new cover. Told me it would be 1 week, and never heard from them again (after I paid $430.00). I called a couple days ago to see what was going on and was told our new hot tub cover was in and John would call me back. He called yesterday and said he would be here this morning. No call, nothing. It is now 1:45pm, so I called them. John proceeded to tell me that he would be here Friday (which does not work for me- and also I have been waiting for him at home today when I have errands to do), and that our cover was not in yet (after I was already told that it WAS in). He then tried to tell me that he was here a week ago, when in reality it was 3 weeks ago (I have the check statement to prove it); and when I told him he was unprofessional, he tried telling me that HE called me yesterday (but it was ONLY because I called Burt the day before that). Here is the rest of my rating.... In addition, I was overcharged for the hot tub cover, based on the quote I was given over the phone. I must say though that Burt has been very nice on the phone, but John is incredibly unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE. Oh ya, I also purchased our actual hot tub from this company 2 years ago, and the motor was already completely broken (and we take good care of our tub). HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. RATING FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF.I hope the company responds to this message because your service is a joke.

Purchased a used spa from this business in 3/11; I live in Northern California. They took our leaky hot tub in on a trade and believe we got a fair price on another. Had a minor leakage problem on "new" one after we got it home, and they drove the 450 mile round trip on a Sunday to get the leak fixed. They've responded to every question I've asked immediately and have been more than helpful with any questions I've had. Even threw in a spa blanket. All in all, a good experience. Would definitely recommend to others. The constant bashing on Craigslist by their competition shows how desperate they are. My experience with Affordable Hot Tubs & Spas has been a good one.

BUYER BEWARE! I AM NOT A COMPETING BUSINESS. In fact, I'd suggest you get a free tub from craigslist- the place this business gets all their tubs from!

Unfourtantely anyone can just write reviews if you are on craigslist then you see the posting to look for reviews?? Our competitors over in eugene have stuped to new lows to try and keep people from buying from us by posting that on craigslist and then constantly writing reviews look at the othe spa placse they have no reviews or only favorable ones seem odd?? we invite to to come see for yourself what all the fuss is about why buy new ?? when you buy one rebuilt with a warranty at 25% of what new costs?

Cheated us on our order. Then refused to return calls. Had to have another servcie person do the work - he knew about these people!

we had the duck spas service working on our tub for over a year needless to say 750 dollars late we called affordable spas and they replaced our entire spa pack and controlls in less than an hour and for only 400 bucks... awsome job affordable spas

We had a great experience with this company not sure who keeps writing these bad reviews but it appears as though the competion doesnt like them . we bought a 9000.00 hot tub for 2300.00 and couldnt be more pleased
