Upon Sandy's retirement in 2001, Jim became President and sole owner, updating the name to Advanced Hearing Plus. Jim is well acquainted with hearing loss on a personal level: his grandfather, father and younger daughter suffer from severe hearing loss. Patients find Jim to be warm, kind, and very competent.
