Started out really good, slowly but surely going down hill. A while back I went there, no customers were in there at all and I got told they couldn't do my nails because they had appts. Coming. Just went in today ONLY NEEDING 1 NAIL FIXED(was there at opening time of 930, but opened the doors at 1140) the girl turns on the open sign, takes a lady back for a pedi. Ta looks at her and says did u unlock the door? Clearly seeing me standing there. Then tells her u know we can't take anyone because of an apt at 12. I'm thinking okay apt at 12 that 20 minutes to fix 1 nail, and I polish them myself at home. But yet still got refused service. And it blows my mind because clearly I pay the same amount of money as everyone else. Hell I even leave a tip Amy where between 10-20$ depending on what I'm getting done. I have came to the conclusion they don't care about customer service, and I will not be recommending them to anyone anymore.

This place is friendly at first, but does not have great quality. I did not like my results and I felt that the manager was mocking me and made me feel very uncomfortable. He barely acknowledged my concerns and was on his phone saying he has done this for 20 years and will gladly take the product off my nails. There was no other suggestion as discussed on the call for satisfaction. I was not impressed with the overall quality, customer service or pricing. The price for just acrylic overlay with French tip was $38. I felt for not being satisfied this was far too much.

Made an appointment at 5, didn't get into the chair until around 6. They didn't actually serve me until 6:30-6:45. The woman who also helped me was not personable

The very worst Peddi I have ever had in my life. I will NEVER go there again and I will tell everyone not to go there. I didn't get anything I asked for, from the color polish I wanted to them cutting down my nails, and other then them cleaning up the cuticles they didn't do anything. not even worth a penny. NO wonder there was not wait. Wal-mart is even better. only giving it 1 star cause this site is making me give them something

I go there when they open for the day so I never have to wait. I get my nails done just as I ask. Never had a bad set. Never lose a nail. I have walked in at later times before and had a long wait...so that is why I go in at opening now.

Absolutely, positively horrified at the service I just received. I waited an entire hour without being acknowledged by a single soul. Got to the point where I almost walked out, and should have, but didn't. Then I was seated with one girl who didn't even have her own drill! They gave her a makeshift drill and told her perhaps she should buy her own. I sent twenty minutes watching her fumble with her shorty equipment before I was moved to one of the males who was working. He bragged about how good he was. Told me he swam here from "Asia" and proceeded to brag about his 400 dollar bar tabs, buying a Mercedes with cash, and all the while I watched as my nails were done exactly how I didn't want them... I said rounded, I got square. Then I got moved, again, to another girl for paint. Rude as can be and gave me grief over my choices. They didn't even have a drying table open so I sat for thirty min just waiting for them to dry. I wanted to refuse to pay for the 'service' I received and when I asked to speak to a manager every single one of them looked at me dumbfounded.



Its dirty. The service is horrible. I regret spending one dime inside of that establishment and would like to thank the staff for wasting my time.

Been going to US Nail spa since they opened. The staff is great, friendly atmosphere, clean, and always on time when I make an appointment. I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years and I have never experienced any infections with US Nail Spa.

I always get compliments on my nails, because they are so natural looking ( French Manicure). Would recommend to all.

I have been getting my nails done for close to 15 years. I have never been happier with any other salon. My nails always look fantastic. The staff is friendly and professional. I look forward to my appointments every time. US Nails ROCKS !

I definitely recommend trying this place !! I've been going here for a while now and they're quality of work just keeps amazing me !! You will for sure leave satisfied !! everyone here has always been very courteous and polite .

I'm totally dissatisfied with this place..they do a horrible job on nails and charge way to much. I thought maybe it was a one time thing but have gone back 3 times for the benefit of the doubt but same result...The men try to flirt while doing nails and it disgusts me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE

DO NOT GO HERE! The men working are pervs and they disgusted me. Trying to hit on my 14 year old daughter. I will never recommend this place to anyone, not only that but it's the least relaxing nail "spa" ever there were kids running around. Very unprofessional and very disappointed

Love this place!! I've been getting my nails done here for a couple years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They do excellent work and are always up to date with the new nail trends and nail art. Staff is super friendly and it's an enjoyable atmosphere!

Super friendly place, clean, and does an awesome job with nails etc. They even have a small hair salon section and facial area!! Would definetly recommend this place.
