MMS Trucking was started as a truckload brokerage company in 1985 by Tom Ryan. In order to provide better service to its customers, the company started a separate trucking division in 1989. MMS was then able to pick-up, consolidate and deliver customers' freight in a more timely and cost-efficient manner, which helped to establish the company as one of the leading less-than-truckload carriers in Ohio and throughout the surrounding region. MMS Trucking is family-owned and operated by the Ryan family. The company provides both brokerage and trucking services to its customers by shipping to all 48 of the continental United States. MMS Trucking is located in Springfield, Ohio, where time employs nearly 50 people.
