The staff deserves 5-Stars hands down. I am a truck driver based out of IL and lost my glasses in transit. Because I am required to wear corrective lens my company would not allow me to take a truck until I secured replacement lens. They took me as a walk-in and completed the exam within an 1hr. Helped me pick out some great glasses and had me out the door and back driving in less than 2hrs. Thanks to the whole team at the Springfield location.

They were so pleasant to work with and made me feel like I had been a regular client. They got me back on the road with 2hrs with 2 new pair of glasses. Thanks team!!!
