The man that came (owner) was very nice, in and out very quickly. He seemed to know what he was doing. The issue I have is also what others seem to be experiencing as far as the coupon. I saw a coupon in a mailer for $49.00. It DID NOT mention the length of the duct. When I told him I had the coupon he stated that it's for the first 10 feet only. I had to pay in total $148.00. I called the number after he left to mention the difference between the coupon and what I paid and the women was not very friendly. She stated that was the owner, he does a good job and I got my certificate. So basically I should not be complaining. When I mentioned that the coupon does not state the length of the duct she said it states "average" size. Well I looked at the coupon 5 times and no where did it say "average size". What is average size anyway. She also said when she made my apt. she told me that over the phone. That was not true either. The service was great, but i just didn't appreciate the false advertising. Doesn't make me want to use them again. $49 is $49 not $148....

Dryer Vent Cleaning -SCAM $49 coupon! Wanted credit card upon entering! NO WAY! Because line was longer than 10 ft (it was 8 ft longer) wanted to charge $195-NO WAY! If pd by cash/check would be $175-NO WAY! Settled on $150 but not happy

great service, they cleaned vents for 40 people in our adult community and treated us very well. We hope to have our entire community use them in 2 years! Other companies charge twice the price and are rude and pushy!

They advertise in Money Mailer. Called to confirm the coupon price, they came out to do the service and tried to charge me three times the price. Now their office won't even return my call! Complete scam! Stay away!
